They gave him coloring books and snacks to keep him busy, which made the experience so much less stressful for me. 😊 The manager, D, was especially helpful. She really took the time to understand my situation and worked with me to make everything happen. I never felt pressured, and she made sure I was comfortable and understood the whole process. Overall, the staff was welcoming, professional, and truly cared about helping us.
