I had a really great experience at this dealership and wanted to share! Jose and D made the process of getting my car so easy and quick, which I really appreciated. I came in with my child, and they were incredibly kind and patient with him. They gave him coloring books and snacks to keep him busy, which made the experience so much less stressful for me. 😊 The manager, D, was especially helpful. She really took the time to understand my situation and worked with me to make everything happen. I never felt pressured, and she made sure I was comfortable and understood the whole process. Overall, the staff was welcoming, professional, and truly cared about helping us. Brandon and Dee were great! I have some credit challenges and they were able to put me in a pre-owned Optima that’s really nice and will help me with rebuilding credit. They are very thorough in explaining their processes, payments, warranty and gap programs, and even helped me get reasonably priced auto insurance! Great experience.
