Laura was amazing! She was very understanding of my vehicle purchasing needs and concerns. She really took the time to flesh things out and make me feel comfortable. I never felt rushed. I never felt as though she was just trying to make a sale. I really appreciated her kindness, expertise, professionalism and the fact that she made a very long daunting process so easy. Within the last week or so, I made a facebook post and Elizabeth responded to my post and her comment, was something I took sincere because it was regarding my son and I. She, unlike most car dealers I've been dealing with, made her comment and kept her word. She told me, her goal was to get me into something realiable for my son and I. We were going back and forth, even in her off times of work, still went the extra mile and kept her word for me. Today, I went to the dealership, unfortunately she was not present (as she was at a different location) and I met Brandon there. Elizabeth kept her word and with the help of Brandon today, I did walk out with a vehicle. Given the challenges that were present and challenging, I was given a few options and after appearing in person, I did walk out with a vehicle as promised to me (wasn't my first choice vehicle) but it was something and the terms were fitting for what I'm dealing with. So, thank you to both Elizabeth for going above and beyond and Brandon for all his work today, even with my complaining lol. I highly recommend these two for a vehicle, especially if you have challenges.
