Brandon was awesome getting me into a vehicle asap!!

After months of looking for a car, we walked in and were assisted by Brandon and within a little over an hour we walked out with a car! Brandon gave us excellent customer service and was very personable. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a car with an easy process. Again thank you Brandon for everything!!

I was in desperate need of a new car as my car I was in was about to die. I decided to go to Ted’s and I met with Brandon. He was so great and patient, he explained everything to me and helped me get into a nicer and newer car that is safe for me and my kids to be in. I’m so happy and grateful to Brandon and Ted’s! I definitely recommend!

Within the last week or so, I made a facebook post and Elizabeth responded to my post and her comment, was something I took sincere because it was regarding my son and I. She, unlike most car dealers I've been dealing with, made her comment and kept her word. She told me, her goal was to get me into something realiable for my son and I. We were going back and forth, even in her off times of work, still went the extra mile and kept her word for me. Today, I went to the dealership, unfortunately she was not present (as she was at a different location) and I met Brandon there. Elizabeth kept her word and with the help of Brandon today, I did walk out with a vehicle. Given the challenges that were present and challenging, I was given a few options and after appearing in person, I did walk out with a vehicle as promised to me (wasn't my first choice vehicle) but it was something and the terms were fitting for what I'm dealing with. So, thank you to both Elizabeth for going above and beyond and Brandon for all his work today, even with my complaining lol. I highly recommend these two for a vehicle, especially if you have challenges.

Laura was amazing! She was very understanding of my vehicle purchasing needs and concerns. She really took the time to flesh things out and make me feel comfortable. I never felt rushed. I never felt as though she was just trying to make a sale. I really appreciated her kindness, expertise, professionalism and the fact that she made a very long daunting process so easy. I would recommend everyone to this place. Also worth noting, they work with you if your credit might be an issue. If you think you won't qualify or your payments will be out-of-this-world, think again! Just give them a call.. have a chat with them and see what they can offer you. You might be surprised.
